This is a weekly session for one full month.
For best results, sessions must be completed in a consecutive, 4-week time frame.

4 x 40-minute coaching session with your choice of one or more modalities per appointment.
Modalities available: therapeutic art, breathwork, mindset shifting, relaxing music or guided meditation led by Coach Crissy, vocal toning and sound medicine singing, sound healing (via tuning fork, Tibetan Prayer Bell, Singing Bowl or Sacred Drum) or a customized coach's recommendation on the best modality suiting your needs, wants, and goals.
